The account was first broadcast on the YouTube channel OG Product TV, known for its sensational urban gossip content. In the video, a woman, whose identity remains protected, provides a granular narrative of meeting Fletcher at a nightclub. She describes gaining access to a bottle-service section where she interacted with Fletcher, leading to dancing and drinking.

According to the testimony, Fletcher later invited the model back to a hotel room under the pretense of continuing the party. The model agreed, stating they played games and consumed more alcohol.
