The date was amazing. Laughing, pictures, holding hands — everything felt right.

When we got home, she said she was tired and went to change. Later, I checked her car and saw a phone connect that wasn’t mine… right after we got home.

When I asked about it, her story changed every time. Coworker. Friend. “You’re overreacting.”

She never denied seeing him.

So I ended it.

But the next morning…
I found something that made the whole night make sense.
